6.0.3 during the system trial operation, the design and construction units shall cooperate with the construction unit to establish the system duty, operation and maintenance management system.

6.0.5 after the trial operation of the system, the construction unit shall write the system trial operation report according to the trial operation records. The contents of the system trial operation report shall include the start and end date of the trial operation, whether there is any fault during the trial operation, the date, frequency, cause and troubleshooting of the fault, as well as whether the system function meets the design requirements and comprehensive comments.
