The project is completed in accordance with the provisions of the design specification. The project can be regarded as completed if it meets the design requirements after trial operation and is approved by the construction unit. If the non major projects are not completed according to the regulations, the construction unit shall negotiate with the design and construction units to make a clear treatment plan for the remaining problems. After the trial operation, the project basically meets the design and use requirements and is approved by the construction unit, it can also be regarded as completed.


2. After the completion of the project, the construction unit shall issue the project completion report. The contents of the project completion report shall include the general situation of the project, the main equipment installed according to the design documents, the self performance evaluation of the project quality completed according to the design specification or the project contract, the maintenance service terms and the completion accounting report, etc.


7.1.2 the project is completed, and the system trial operation report has been issued, and the preliminary acceptance of the project can be carried out. After the preliminary acceptance is qualified, the construction unit shall carry out the project completion acceptance after submitting the project completion acceptance application report.
