4.1.2 appearance and structure inspection


Under the condition of 300 LX ambient illumination and 300-500 mm eye distance, check the appearance and structure of the recorder, and measure the size of the recorder.




5.1.3 text, graphics, signs and nameplates inspection


Visual inspection of the name plate and its words, graphics and signs of the recorder;


Clean cotton cloth dipped with gasoline (above 90) shall be used to continuously wipe the words, graphics and symbols for 15s, and visual inspection shall be conducted after the test.


5.2 inspection of electrical components


5.2.1 power supply inspection


Visually check the power supply mode of the recorder.


5.2.2 inspection of connecting wire


Visually check the specification and color of connecting wires of recorder.


5.2.3 connector inspection


Visually check the position of the connector, the line color at both ends and the plug specification.


5.2.4 fuse inspection


Visually check whether the fuse is marked with rated current value, and check the installation and replacement mode of fuse.


5.3 electrical performance test


5.3.1 power supply voltage adaptability test


For different nominal power supply voltage of vehicles, the test shall be carried out according to the following methods:


a) When the nominal power supply voltage of the recorder is 12V, adjust the power supply voltage to 9V and 16V, respectively, and work for 1H continuously. Input analog signals during this period to check the function of the recorder;


b) When the nominal power supply voltage of the recorder is 24 V, the power supply voltage is adjusted to 18 V and 32 V, respectively, for 1 h. analog signals are input to check the function of the recorder;


c) When the nominal power supply voltage of the recorder is 36V, adjust the power supply voltage to 27V and 48V, respectively, and work for 1H continuously. During this period, input the analog signal and check the function of the recorder.


5.3.2 power polarity reverse connection test


The test voltage opposite to the nominal supply voltage polarity is applied to the power line of the recorder. When the nominal power supply voltage is 12V, 14V ± 0.1V reverse voltage is applied; when the nominal power supply voltage is 24V, 28V ± 0.2V reverse voltage is applied; when the nominal power supply voltage is 36V, 42V ± 0.2V reverse voltage is applied. The above test duration is 1min. Check the function of the recorder after the test.


5.3.3 power supply overvoltage resistance test


When the nominal power supply voltage of the recorder is 12V, the working voltage of 24V is applied; when the nominal power supply voltage is 24V, the working voltage of 36V is applied; when the nominal power supply voltage is 36V, the working voltage of 54V is applied to the recorder. The above test duration is 1min. Check the function of the recorder after the test.


5.3.4 power off protection test


Connect the recorder with the nominal power supply voltage to work normally. After 15 days of continuous power failure, check the real-time time recorded by the recorder and its stored data information.


5.4 function inspection


5.4.1 inspection of driving record function


5.4.1.1 self check function check


Turn on the power supply of the recorder and visually check the self check mode and process of the recorder.


5.4.1.2 data recording function check


5.4.1.2.1 travel speed record inspection


The recorder is connected with the nominal power supply and connected with the speed signal and status signal. The speed signal changes intermittently from 0km / h to 220km / h, continuously recording for 48 unit hours. After the test, check the driving speed record.

5.4.1.2.3 overtime driving record check


The recorder is connected with the nominal power supply, speed signal and position signal to simulate the driver's stop and rest and overtime driving in the process of driving. After the test, the overtime driving record is checked.


5.4.1.2.4 location information record check


The recorder is connected to the nominal power supply, connected to the position signal and speed signal, continuously records 360 unit hours, and checks the position information record after the test.

Visual inspection of the recorder RS232 serial communication interface form, using the test software through the RS232 serial interface data acquisition and parameter setting operation, check the RS232 data communication protocol.


5.4.1.3.3 USB communication check


Visual inspection of the USB interface form of the recorder, use USB storage device to collect data records of the recorder, use test software to analyze data records, and check USB data storage format.

5.4.1.4 safety warning function inspection
