5.9.1 vibration test
5.9.1.1 test equipment
The test device shall meet the requirements of GB / T 2423.10.
5.9.1.2 test method
Pretreatment: the recorder is connected to the signal according to the normal working mode.
The whole recorder connected and in working state is installed on the vibration test bench, and the sweep frequency vibration test is conducted in the up and down directions. The sweep frequency speed is 1octgmin, the frequency range is 5hz-300hz, and the amplitude is 10mm in the frequency range of 5hz-11hz; when the frequency range is 11hz-300hz, the vibration acceleration value is 50M / S2, and each direction of X, y and Z is tested for 8h. After the test, the external structure, main functions and data records of the recorder were checked.
5.9.2 impact test
5.9.2.1 test equipment
The test equipment shall meet the requirements of GB / T 2423.5.
5.9.2.2 test method
Pretreatment: the recorder is connected to the signal according to the normal working mode.
The whole recorder, which is connected and in working state, is installed on the test bench. Three times of half sine wave pulse with peak acceleration of 490m / S2 and pulse duration of 11ms are carried out in X, y and Z directions respectively. After the test, the external structure, main functions and data records of the recorder were checked.
5.10 enclosure protection level test
According to the method specified in GB 4028, the recorder is not powered during the test, and the data recording and communication functions of the recorder are checked after the test.
5.1 1 anti interference test of automobile electric ignition
5.11.1 test equipment
The test equipment shall meet the following requirements:
a) The distance between discharge electrodes is 1 cm ~ 1.5 cm;
b) The discharge frequency is 12 times / S ~ 200 times / s;
c) The discharge voltage is 10kV ~ 20kV.
5.11.2 test method
The recorder is connected to the test equipment with the same power supply. When the recorder is placed in the plane with a radius of 20cm centered on the discharge electrode, and the discharge electrode is 5cm-10cm away from the bottom surface of the recorder, the frequency is swept at 12 times / S-200 times / s. if there is any abnormality, the test shall be conducted at the abnormal frequency point for 5min; if there is no abnormality, the test shall be conducted at the discharge frequency of 60 times / s for 10min. Check the main functions of the recorder during the test.
5.12 electrostatic discharge immunity test
5.12.1 test device
Electrostatic discharge generator for test shall meet the requirements of Chapter 4 of GB / T 19951-2005.
5.12.2 test method
During the test, the recorder is in working state and the casing is grounded according to the use requirements. According to the method specified in Chapter 5 of GB / T 19951-2005, the direct contact discharge and air discharge tests are carried out on the recorder, and the test level is grade II. Check the main function and data record of recorder during and after the test.
5.13 transient immunity test
5.13.1 test device
The test equipment shall meet the requirements of Chapter 5 of GB / T 21437.2-2008.
5.13.2 test method
The recorder is in working state during the test. The test is carried out according to the method specified in Chapter 4 of GB / T 21437.2-2008, and the test pulse is selected as 1
2a, 3a, 3b, the test level is IV, in which the highest value of level IV is selected for the test amplitude, and 5000 pulses are conducted for test pulse 1 and 2 a respectively
