Requirements for design of integrated camera equipment room in industrial workshop:

1. The equipment room shall be designed according to the standard of ordinary machine room, and its internal geometric size shall meet the requirements of the size, installation position and installation mode of the video display system equipment.

The equipment room of projection system should be ventilated and dry, the working environment temperature should be 10 ~ 35 ℃, the temperature difference between the front and back of the video display screen should be less than 5 ℃; the relative humidity should be less than 80%, and there should be no condensation.


3 when the air cleanliness level of the equipment room is grade 6 or higher, there should be no acid, alkaline or other harmful gases around.


4. The ground of the equipment room should be flat, and the load should not be less than 1.5kn/m2. The ground should not be installed with ventilation pipes, sockets and other devices, but should be equipped with anti-static overhead floor.


5. The illumination of equipment room shall meet the requirements of maintenance work, and the minimum illumination value shall be 100lx.


6. The equipment room shall be equipped with power supply devices for local lighting, electric tools and test instruments for maintenance.


4.5.5 power supply and distribution, lightning protection and grounding shall meet the following requirements:


1. The power load level and power supply and distribution requirements shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standard code for design of power supply and distribution system GB 50052.


2. The power supply and distribution design shall reserve reserve capacity for system expansion and upgrading.


3. When the power quality of the power system is inconsistent with the technical conditions of the product, measures should be taken to meet the requirements of the product.


4. Lightning protection and grounding design shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "technical code for lightning protection of building electronic information system" (GB 50343).
