The scheme demonstration should include the following contents:

1. Whether the system design content meets the requirements of the design specification.

2. Whether the overall conception of the system design is reasonable.

3. Whether the equipment selection meets the requirements of adaptability and reliability on site.

4. Whether the configuration of system equipment and the setting of monitoring center meet the requirements of protection level.

5. Whether the signal transmission mode, routing and pipeline laying scheme are reasonable.

6. Whether the system safety, reliability, electromagnetic compatibility, environmental adaptability, power supply, lightning protection and grounding meet the requirements of relevant standards.

7. Whether the scalability and interface mode of the system meet the use requirements.

8. Whether the preliminary design documents meet the requirements of a.4.3 and a.4.4.

9. Whether the construction period conforms to the actual situation of the project site and meets the requirements of the construction unit.

10. Whether the project budget is reasonable.

11. For the design and construction integration enterprises, whether the after-sales service commitment and training content are closed.

A. 5.4 the scheme demonstration shall evaluate the contents of a.5.3 and form a conclusion (pass, basically pass and fail)

The rectification opinions shall be put forward and confirmed by the construction unit.
