5. 5 performance test


5.5.1 driving record performance test


5.5.1.1 time recording error test

After the time of recorder is calibrated by standard timing device, the real-time time of 360h is continuously recorded, and the time recording error every 24h is calculated.


5.5.1.2 speed recording error test


5.5.1.2.1 analog speed recording error test


When the recorder is powered on and works normally, the analog speed signals equivalent to 20km / h, 65km / h, 100km / h and 145km / h are respectively connected. The input signal time of each speed point is 1min. The accuracy of analog speed signal should be equal to or better than 0.5%. The maximum speed recording error of the recorder under the condition of connecting the analog speed signal is tested.


5.5.1.2.2 real vehicle speed recording error test


Test conditions and preparation of test vehicles shall meet the requirements of GB / T 12534.


Test equipment: the clock resolution of the vehicle motion test device shall be better than or equal to 0.01s, and the speed measurement resolution shall be better than or equal to 0.1km/h. It shall be able to continuously measure the instantaneous and average motion speed of the vehicle corresponding to the real-time time time, and its speed measurement range shall be at least 0.5km/h-300km/h.


The recorder and the vehicle motion test device are installed on the test vehicle at the same time, and the speed recording error is measured under the following two conditions:


a) Driving at a constant speed of 40 km / h ± 1 km / h, the vehicle motion corresponding to the real-time time was measured by the vehicle motion test device


The test time was 1min;


b) When the vehicle speed changes from 40km / h to 60km / h, the vehicle motion test device is used to measure the vehicle speed corresponding to the real-time time, and the test time is 5min.


5.5.1.2.3 mileage recording error test


Test conditions and preparation of test vehicles shall meet the requirements of GB / T 12534.


The recorder is installed on the test vehicle, and the test driving distance is 5km. During the test, the vehicle motion test device is used to measure the driving mileage corresponding to the real-time time. After the test, the mileage measurement value of the recorder is checked, and the mileage recording error is calculated.


5.5.2 positioning performance test


Test conditions and preparation of test vehicles shall meet the requirements of GB / T 12534.


The RTK plane positioning accuracy of the positioning accuracy test equipment should not be less than: the additive constant is 1cm, and the multiplication constant is one millionth of the distance between the reference station and the mobile station.


The recorder is installed on the test vehicle according to the use status. Under the condition that the positioning and confidence interval are not less than 95%, the maximum positioning error of the recorder is tested by carrier phase difference (RTK). During the test, the test vehicle runs at the speed of not less than 20km / h, and the continuous test time is not less than 1h. There is no continuous curve in the test section, There is no obvious shielding or interference affecting continuous positioning.
